Minutes from FREDA Meeting 10th Nov 2020

Every couple of months FREDA, the umbrella group for 16 Pimlico Residents Associations, meets up and discusses local issues. The (to be ratified at the next meeting) minutes can be found below. Cycle hangars featured heavily and contained a lively debate - please see separate article for more information.
